Your privacy choices

Apple Health permissions

Health access is optional and granted per category. You can review, change, or fully revoke it at any time in the Apple Health app or in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Health → KAVYLO. Revoking a category only affects the feature that uses it; the rest of KAVYLO keeps working.

Camera and photo access

Camera access is used for barcode scanning and for photos you take yourself. Photo access is only requested when you choose to add an image, and iOS gives KAVYLO access only to the items you select. Both permissions can be changed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

Notifications and reminders

Reminders are optional. You can enable, disable, or reschedule each reminder in the app, and you can turn off all notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → KAVYLO.

Location for route-based workouts

Precise GPS coordinates are only collected while you actively run a route-based workout, such as an outdoor run or ride, and they are used exclusively for route and workout functions. You can grant or withdraw location access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. Without location access, these workouts can still be recorded without a route.

Profile and community visibility

Your profile and activity visibility are controlled in the app settings. Progress data, measurements, and photos are never shown in the community unless you actively share them.

Deleting content

You can delete individual entries, workouts, meals, photos, posts, and comments in the app. Deleted community content is removed from public view.

Data export

A data export is available. You can export a copy of your KAVYLO data from the app, and you can request a copy of your personal data from support at any time.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app under account settings, or contact support if you need help. Deletion removes your account and the personal data linked to it, subject to statutory retention obligations.

Apple subscriptions are managed separately

KAVYLO Pro is purchased through Apple. Deleting the app or your KAVYLO account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it in the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
